By registering an account, applying to our accelerator programs, or utilizing the smart matching services, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you represent a legal entity, you warrant that you hold proper authority to bind said entity to these provisions.

The platform serves as an interactive matchmaker for startups, angel investors, and venture capital syndicates. Users agree to utilize these systems strictly for lawful fundraising and venture-scouting operations. Any scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated collection of founder/investor data is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your profile listings. All company pitches, fund structures, and metric representations provided must be truthful and non-deceptive. We reserve the right to suspend any account found listing fraudulent funding status or fabricated financial records.

Subject to your underlying rights in submitted pitches and logo assets, all platform software, brand graphics, matching algorithms, design components, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operators. No part of our database may be replicated without explicit written consent.

While our matchmaking algorithm strives to connect startups with suitable capital providers, we make no representations or warranties concerning guaranteed funding, investment returns, or the commercial success of any matching outcome. The platform is provided 'as-is' without liability for transactional failures.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or restrict your access to the program portal, application dashboard, or databases for breach of these terms, ethical violations, or actions that compromise platform integrity.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the corporate and commercial laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
